My coaching utilises the ideas of Essentialism combined with Strength Focused Therapy to facilitate meaningful change in my client's lives.
I run my coaching as walking sessions within a nature setting. This normally means one of the coastal walks or National Parks of Sydney, but could be at a green space near you.
My style aims to calm, encourage creative thinking and prepare you to tackle your challenges. In sessions we discover what your needs and priorities are and produce a simple plan that can be acted on immediately. You will leave with greater clarity on the weeks ahead, empowered to make changes.
