I’m Tom a fitness and wellbeing coach based in Sydney.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to what matters through movement, great chats, and time outdoors.

My coaching style comes from real life. The wins, the setbacks, the moments of feeling stuck, burnt out, directionless, or disconnected from myself. I’ve navigated depression, lost bits to cancer, run marathons, rebuilt my confidence, and spent years figuring out what actually helps people create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach blends fitness, reflective coaching, practical tools, and nature-based sessions designed to help busy people slow down, clear the noise, and take realistic action that fits real life. Just practical support, great conversation, and simple habits that help people feel more like themselves again.

I work mainly with professionals and business owners who are capable, driven, and carrying a lot. Most don’t need someone screaming motivation quotes at them. They need space to think clearly, support to reset, and accountability to actually follow through.

That’s where I come in.
