Hello from Tom

Tom's intro

Put simply, I've had a life of many career and personal experiences. From 20 years of coaching in the UK and Australia, to working through depression, marathons and cancer. I’ve been through some shit, and that is why I do this: to empower others to help themselves and live a fulfilling life.

For years I felt like I was going nowhere. I had low self-worth, felt unfulfilled and was directionless. And It took a bad episode of depression and a good cry in the shower to kickstart my journey of therapy and change. Fortunately, I was blessed to find a great therapist and coach, who supported me through that process. In addition I re-discovered the benefits of nature and creativity, which I now bring into my coaching practice in order to create a calm and empowering space for change.

Today I combine all my years of experience with the best of my skills to guide my clients to greater wellbeing in mind and body. I work with a professionals and business owners who are driven to take action, but need the accountability and support of a genuine person like me. I'm a sounding board, a guide and a facilitator for many.

Having been a former procrastinator and perfectionist I know how easy it is to get caught up in the planning phase. That’s why my coaching philosophy is a combination of Essentialism and Strength Based Therapy. I help you to focus on your priorities and strengths to get straight into realistic action that'll overcome the challenges you are facing.

I’ve learnt from experience that we can't do everything alone and a guide can make it easier.
