The origin story
A few years ago, my wife Catherine hit burnout. Not once, but twice. What can I say, she's a high achiever!
Years of long hours and smashing it in her career eventually caught up with her. A side order of grief and me losing bits to cancer didn't exactly help either.
Going through that period together opened my eyes. Not just to burnout itself, but to how common it's become.
