What is nature-based coaching?
Coaching in nature isn’t new, but now we understand why it works so well. Moving through open, natural spaces in Sydney helps quiet a busy mind and open up conversation in a way four white walls can’t.
My nature-based coaching sessions involve getting outside to walk and talk in a calming space. Instead of being stuck in another office, this gives you a change of scenery that helps calm your nervous system and give you the mental space to think clearly.
It’s a comfortable walking pace with time to stop and practice simple breath work and mindfulness techniques, which help you switch from work mode to reflection time.
Where do sessions take place?
You can choose from four calming outdoor locations across Sydney:
Hyde Park, Barangaroo Reserve, St Leonards Park, or Maroubra Beach. Each location offers space, privacy, and natural surroundings that invite reflection—away from the distractions of work and screen time. Together, we create a calm pocket of time to check in with what really matters.
When are sessions?
Sessions are bookable throughout the week. Whether it's a lunchtime break from the screens or after work declutter.
We walk in most weather (it can be grounding!)—just bring suitable clothing. If it’s bucketing down, we’ll reschedule.
You’re welcome to book a one-off session if you’re craving a non-judgemental sounding board. But most clients choose a 4–8 session package, noticing real shifts in clarity, confidence and energy over 2–3 months of regular sessions.
Why outdoors?
Since my early days as a Fitness Coach in London, I’ve found that nature has a way of settling the nervous system. It gives the mind something gentle to focus on—moving trees, birdsong, the refreshing elements—which helps shift us out of stress and into presence.
Walking side by side creates a collaborative, relaxed time where conversations unfold naturally. Clients often say it feels like we’re moving through their challenges, not stuck in them.
They leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more in control—with a bit of colour in their cheeks and a breath of fresh air in the old lungs.
Whois it for?
I coach busy professionals and small business owners who feel stretched out. They’re often like a duck on a pond; successful and calm on the surface, but swimming near capacity under the surface.
These sessions offer the chance to slow down, zoom out, and get clear again—without needing to climb a mountain to meditate for hours.
