My coaching is about taking a break from the noise and reconnecting to what matters most through walking sessions in Sydney's green spaces.
What is nature-based coaching?
Coaching in nature isn’t new, but now we understand why it works so well.
Walking through open, natural spaces helps calm a busy mind and open conversation in a way four white walls can’t.
These sessions take you outside — walking and talking in a calming Sydney location.
Instead of another office or Zoom call, you’ll get a change of scenery that soothes your nervous system and gives you room to think clearly.
We walk at a gentle pace, with pauses for simple breathwork and mindfulness — helping you shift from work mode to reflection mode.
Who it’s for
I work with busy professionals who are successful in their careers but missing a sense of calm — people who often put their own needs last and find their focus, drive, and motivation come and go.
These sessions provide the space and safety to slow down and uncover what really matters to you.

Each spot offers privacy, space, and natural surroundings that invite calm reflection. It's your chance to get away from screens and daily distractions. Together, we create a calm pocket of time to check in with what really matters.

Research shows that time in natural spaces lowers cortisol, improves focus, and boosts creative problem-solving.

When it happens
Sessions are run throughout the week:
- A lunchtime break from screens
- A post-work switch off
- A regular reset you actually look forward to
We walk in most weather (it’s grounding!) just bring suitable clothing.
If it’s bucketing down, we’ll reschedule.
