What is nature-based coaching?

Nature-based coaching uses movement, outdoor environments, and conversation to support reflection and clarity.

Training and walking in green spaces helps calm the nervous system, reduce mental noise, and open up more honest, productive conversations than traditional office or Zoom sessions.

Sessions are held in carefully chosen outdoor locations across Sydney, selected for privacy, calm, and ease of access:

When it happens

Sessions are run throughout the week:

- A lunchtime break from screens
- A post-work switch off
- A regular reset you actually look forward to

We walk in most weather (it’s grounding!) just bring suitable clothing. If it’s bucketing down, we’ll reschedule.

You can book a one-off session for clarity or commit to a  package to see real shifts in calm, clarity, and energy.
