My coaching is about stepping outside the noise and reconnecting to what matters most to you with walking sessions in nature. 

Nature walk coaching

Coaching in nature isn't new, but the benefits are well documented now. I run my sessions in nature because I find it provides a calm and open space for us to talk through your challenges and opportunities.

My approach is calm and patient; I create a space for you to open up at your pace. Once we gain clarity on what matters to you, I'm able to provide support and encouragement as we create a plan of action together.

I act as a guide not an expert, as a result it's an experience driven by you. I combine my formal education in counselling and coaching to help structure sessions in a safe and supportive manner. I add to this years of personal practical experience working through  depression and cancer to help you create meaningful change.

My sessions last an hour and walk through one of three iconic spots in Sydney. Choose from Barangaroo (City), Coogee (Beach) or Little Bay (National Park).
