This is the heart of my work.

I only work with a small number of 1-1 clients at a time to offer focused, personalised support.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, this is where we do the deeper work.

Sessions combine short, intentional fitness training to reduce stress and clear your head, followed by walk-and-talk coaching to unpack challenges and get clear on what matters most.

Available: Outdoors in Sydney and online via virtual walk-and-talk sessions

Ideal if you want less mental overload, more clarity, and ongoing support — without sitting in another room or office.

The Clear Way is my 4-week online program designed for people who want practical tools, structure, and guidance — but don’t need (or aren’t ready for) personalised coaching.
