Sounding Board is a 30-minute stroll for your thoughts. You bring whatever’s on your mind—a challenge, a tangle, an idea you’re turning over—and I’ll walk alongside, listening with curiosity. No pressure to solve it all. Just space to say things out loud, hear yourself more clearly, and maybe take a step forward in the right direction.
1-1 Nature based
Step into nature for a coaching session held in green spaces, along the coast, or in national parks. We’ll walk or sit in quiet spots—space to breathe, reflect, and hear yourself more clearly.
