I'm Tom — a fitness and wellbeing coach based in Sydney. I know what it's like to feel stuck, burnt out, and disconnected from yourself. That's why my approach combines movement, nature and reflective conversation — not because it sounds nice, but because it works.

We meet outdoors — in Sydney's green spaces, or over the phone if life has taken you elsewhere. We walk, talk and move together, letting nature do what it does best: calm the nervous system, quieten the noise, open up space. From there, we find what matters to you and find that spark again.
