My coaching focuses on ways to reduce stress, re-connect clients with their body and support them in making changes for a fulfilling and healthy life.

Working with a variety of different clients I provide strength-focused coaching that helps build the emotional and mental skills to live a purposeful and value driven life. I help my clients to pursue a path that is authentic to them, instead of getting caught up in what others think best.

This is an empowering style of coaching that takes in the present and looks toward the future, rather than lingering in the past.
