Back to Nature experience

1/2 day de-stress in nature

I created the first Back to Nature in the UK in 2008 for CitiGroup employees with an assault course and mountain biking experience!

It's now a more relaxed approach with practical tools for reducing physical feelings associated with stress.

Join us in the beautiful Kamay Botany Bay National Park for a walk through natural and historic scenery before undertaking a breathwork beach session and ocean dip.
