A course to bring calm
6 week stress management
This 6 week online workshop guides you through a different set of stress management tools each week to help you develop a healthy control of stress.
We will cover practical and effective methods such as breathwork, journaling and boundaries to name a few. The aim is to not add to your stress load, but create healthy coping strategies and long term solutions for stress management.
This workshop includes:
- weekly video and audio guidance from me
- weekly 30 minute video call check-in
- access to a private members area of resources
- journaling book and welcome pack
